Refunds & cancellations

You can build and preview your whole gift before paying, so we don't refund a change of mind after a gift is published.

When we refund in full

• You were charged but your gift didn't publish.
• You were charged twice for the same gift.
• The gift doesn't open on a current phone browser and we can't fix it within 48 hours.

Write to hello@awwdrop.in within 7 days of payment with the gift link and payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

There's nothing to cancel — there is no subscription. Every gift is a one-time payment.
