Awwdrop (awwdrop.in) is operated by [Owner's legal name / business name]. By making a gift you agree to these terms.

What you buy

A one-time licence to publish one personalised gift page from the template you chose, hosted by us at a private link. You don't receive the template's source code. A paid gift stays online for one year from purchase. You can renew it for another year at the template's renewal price at any time, and we email you before it expires. 30 days after it expires without renewal, its content, photos and replies are permanently deleted; we keep only the payment record, as required for our accounts.

Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and show it to whoever opens your link. You must not upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or anything that harasses, threatens or impersonates someone, or photos you don't have the right to share. We may take down a gift that breaks this, without refund.

Our content

The templates, their designs, animations and sample writing belong to us. Don't copy or resell them.

Availability

We work hard to keep every gift online and fast, but can't promise it will never be briefly unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any gift is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
